1st page is the catalogue cover. 2nd page is the Major Category Index (Chapters 1 to 23)
  3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th pages are the Alphebatical Index.
  7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th & 12th pages are the Numerical Index.
  Once you reach the Major Category Index (2nd page) click on the chapter you wish to open.
  Once opened you will see the chapters Quick Finder Index showing all the product items
  and their respective  page numbers. Click on the products page number to view the item required.  

  To return to the Major Category Index:
  Click on T&E Tools logo () on top of each page.
